I occasionally host gentle, creative workshops focused on intuitive expression and therapeutic art methods. These sessions are not about technique or perfection - they`re all about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and creating from a place of honesy and feeling.
We use tools like colors, symbols, journaling, and guided themes to explore what wants to surfice - always in a soft, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed, just an open heart and a little curiosity.
